Pound of Love by Lion Brand. I used a double strand by pulling from the inside and outside at the same time. This used about 75% of the skein. You will also need a small amount of any worsted weight yarn in a coordinating color to create the octopus.
Optional, safety eyes, buttons, sequins or a small amount of dark yarn to add details to the eyes
