Octorush is an easy beanie hat for winters.

1- Designed in worsted/ aran yarn.
2- It is a unisex beanie, offering good insulation against cold.
3- For this beanie hat, I have used my own take on a regular
linked double crochet,
leading to a textured and more defined stitch.
4- It works up really quickly because of the stitch.
5- The beanie pattern may be customised in different ways.
-Make a regular beanie.
-Make a longer beanie to either fold the brim for more
insulation over the ears or
make a slouchy.
6- Use more than one colour to make a stripey hat.
7- Makes a quick and thoughtful gift for friends and family.
8- Experiment with colours and hook away!

The beanie is a little longer than usual (for folding the brim) and incase you wish to make a regular sized beanie, you will need less yarn than what is mentioned above.
