All proceeds from this pattern will go towards buying quality yarns for charity projects. Afghans, hats, mittens, children’s sweaters, scarves, and baby blankets will be donated to women’s and children’s shelters, nursing homes, Snug Hugs for Kids, the Red Scarf Project, hospitals, and community programs throughout Illinois.

This felted bag has patterns inspired by Barbara Walker’s designs in her book Mosaic Knitting. It’s a tote bag big enough to carry your knitting books and is felted so it will
stand up to wear and tear. You can substitute any mosaic pattern or color you like in the bag, and you can also control when to stop the felting process to get the size you like!

Note: The mosaic patterns in the felted tote shown differ slightly from the mosaics in the written pattern. The charts have been modified to include entire repeats of the umbrellas and doggies (rather than cutting off their heads). The doggy chart now also includes a paw print and bone motif.
