Coffee, oh coffee, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways- black, with cream, in a latte, as an espresso, hot or iced, tall or short. It’s life great elixir! This hat is my tribute to coffee in all its forms.
This simple stranded color work hat is a very easy knit because you don’t really need to catch the short floats (unless you really want to). I’ve chosen to do it in coffee colors, but you can do it any colors that inspire YOU! A garden, the ocean, the desert, the mountains, a night sky, a painting, a favorite outfit. The possibilities are endless, and I can’t wait to see what you come up with!❤️

I’ve included two charts, one with the light color dominant, and the other with the dark color dominant. I find it much easier to work from a chart that has the same color values I’m working with. I think you will, too.

100 Yards of Yarn in Color A
50 Yards of Yarn in Color B
50 Yards of Yarn in Color C
Circular Knitting Needles, 16 inch
Double Pointed Knitting Needles
Stitch Markers
Tapestry Needle

❤️Size
Adult Large 21- 22”- Use Worsted Weight Yarn and US Size 7 Needles
Adult Medium 20-21”- Use DK Weight Yarn and US size 6 Needles
Size can be further adjusted in two ways:
1. Using larger or smaller yarn and needles.
And/Or
2. Reducing or increasing the number of pattern repeats.
