The inspiration for this sweater came to me while having dinner with a dear old friend. The loving way she talked about her family made me want to interpret her words into a sweater for her so she could wear it like an armor of love through life.
There are five name fields that you can fill with the names that give You strength. Note that you will need to make the pattern for these names, although I show two example charts at the end of the pattern. I recommend using the app Knitting Chart for doing name charts. If you don’t want to add names you can make a nice sweater with the name fields left blank.

You will need 6 skeins of yarn in 5-6 colors, depending on if you add names (6 colors) or not (5 colors).
