About this pattern: The finished Applique measures approximately 13 ¼’ when using the materials and hook listed in this pattern, making him a jumbo applique perfect for afghans. You can change the size of the finished product by going down a hook size or two. OR you can make him larger by using a bulky weight yarn and appropriate size hook for that yarn.

Yarn:
You can use any 4-weight yarn you’d like, for this pattern I used Red Heart super saver in pale yellow, café latte, red, white, and black.

Hook: For the jumbo sized (13 1/4”) finished applique I used an H hook. As stated above, if you’d like a smaller Odie, you’ll want to go down to a “G” or “F” hook
Additional:
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

I use a combination of stitching and fabric glue to attach my pieces together.

Eyes are Shank buttons found online (I purchased mine from amazon)
