This pattern is a large project. It is an intermediate/advanced level project because of the sewing involved. But the results are worth it! It is detailed and looks almost like the real thing! This pattern has been tested here on Ravelry.

It is written in English and uses US Standard crochet terms. There are plenty of photos to assist you. It comes with 2 pdfs; 1 with photo instructions and 1 that is a print friendly version of the Parts Instructions.

The pattern calls for a 3.75mm hook, which will result in a toy approx. 14” long x 9” wide x 10” high. If you want a smaller toy, you can use a smaller hook for similar results, such as a 3.25mm.
Gauge is not essential to this project.

This pattern uses:

SC, DC, HDC, INC, DEC, FL, BL, SL ST, CH
It also uses slip stitch surface crochet, however, this is a finishing technique that can be omitted if you prefer.

Materials Required:

3.75mm hook (or smaller)

Red Heart Super Saver yarn (or medium worsted weight):
Amounts are approximate*
Main Color (Blue): 120 yds
Black: 225 yds
Grey: 50 yds
Small amounts of Light Grey, Yellow, Red & White.

Scissors, Polyfill Stuffing, 1 large darning/sewing needle, 1 small sharp sewing needle (for felt), Black & White Felt, Twist Tie,
and Stitch Markers (or use yarn)
