I designed this pattern originally in 1997 as a baby shower gift and it was so popular among friends and family that it became a much requested item. So a few years later, I thought I’d share the pattern so others could knit it as well.

This is an easy to knit pattern for baby booties that actually stay on little feet. Part sock and part moccasin, these are perfect for baby girls or boys. Oh Baby booties are quick to knit and use just 1 ball of baby dk yarn, so you can knit a pair to match all their little outfits.
