I designed the ‘Oh! Baby’ Baby Booties and I wanted to add a hat to go with them, then the sweater, mittens and scarf evolved from there.

The set knits up quickly using DK weight yarn. It is knit with minimal seaming and it’s a great outfit for a new baby. I like to knit it in a natural yarn with bright flecks and fun buttons for a unisex sweater set suitable for both boys or girls.

The sweater is knit in one piece. The roll brim hat is worked in the round. The mittens are worked flat and seamed. The scarf has tassels on each corner.
Pattern includes the sweater, hat, mittens, scarf and booties.
