Crochet yourself a comical deer head trophy!
This amigurumi faux taxidermy is a humorous home décor that suits any room and space and is meant to put a smile on everyone’s faces.

9-page-long file that includes a clear and detailed step-by-step guide with many helpful images illustrating the process + a printer-friendly version without images.
Approximate finished dimensions (without the plaque):
Length: 20cm (8”), Width: 25cm (9.8“), Depth: 10cm (4”).
Skill level: Easy.
Basic knowledge of crochet/amigurumi stitches and techniques required:
• Magic ring (also known as magic circle / adjustable ring) and single crochet.
• Crochet in a spiral = continuous rounds (vs. joined rounds).
• Increase and Invisible Decrease.
• Basic sewing skills to assemble parts together.
• Securing the stitches and finishing amigurumi.
Materials:
• Light - Medium worsted (level 3-4) 100% acrylic yarn in 2 contrasting colors
• Small amount of Lace weight (level 0) crochet/embroidery thread
• crochet hook: 3.5mm - 4.5mm (depends on your tension and yarn)
• 10mm black plastic safety doll eyes
• Yarn needle
• Polyester fiberfill
• Scissors
• Pins
• Wood or MDF plaque (24cm x 18cm)
• metal hanger
• Glue gun
