One in a series of knitted blocks, suitable for throws, cushion covers etc.

For the month of June, a choice of bee-themed ideas. A honeycomb pattern worked in aran weight yarn, which is then decorated with either sewn on beads, or with a 3D knitted bumble bee (pattern provided).

Easy to knit and fun to embellish.

(If making the version with the knitted bee, you will also need scraps of dk yarn in yellow and black, also scraps of mohair or crewel wool in white /pale grey, and a small amount of toy stuffing).
