Elegant in the front, flamboyant in the back! These toe-up socks are for all levels. A steady stockinette stitch will lead the way followed by increases, decreases, slip-stitches and basic cabling to bring the excitement! The heel is a beautiful feature of these socks; the gusset heel allows the feet to move freely and as you work through the turn there will be no need to pick up stitches. Once you have worked the slip-stitch cable seam up to the heart, you are in for a treat; a series of technical but easy steps will form the heart stitch by stitch and the purled inside will give depth to it.
