Das Finkli wird von der Sohle her in einem Stück gestrickt. Die Anleitung kann gut eigenen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden, sei es mit eigenem Muster oder anderer Grösse.

This baby bootie is knitted from sole to cuff without any seam.
The sole is ending with a decorative piping. That is followed by the foot. The height measures approx. 2-3 cm. On these centimeters, the knitter can choose any pattern or color she wants :-), also on the instep, which goes over about 10 sts plus selvedge stitch. Right/left patterns with a short repeat are ideal. The instep is continuously knitted together with the foot stitches. The last 36 sts form the cuff and are closed to the round. The cuff can be knitted in different ways, too.
