This pattern was designed for a typical rectangular tissue box.
Pattern is written in US crochet terms.
The majority of the pieces are worked in continuous rounds. I find that moving my stitch marker to the first stitch of each round helps me keep track of stitch count.
I crochet somewhat loosely, so I generally use smaller hooks than yarn labels recommend. If you
crochet tightly, you will definitely want to go up at least one hook size to meet the gauge.
