Here’s my little fairy Fifi, from Ojamajo Doremi.
She’s super-simple and really cute, and the pattern can be used to make all Doremi’s fairies.

You’ll need white yarn, light blue yarn, an appropriate hook and some carded wool so you’ll can needlefelt the hair.

She’s made only by stitches, BLO stitches and nothing else. Worked in round.

Finished size: about 2,75”
