Olas del Mar blanket
INFO
The mellifluous name ’Olas del Mar’ is Spanish for ‘waves of the sea’. In this rectangular shaped lap/baby/mini blanket, waves cascade over the surface in a continuous, undulating texture that can be minimally blocked for a three-dimensional effect or more strenuously stretched for a lacier fabric.
The ‘Olas del Mar’ blanket has built-in edges and is worked flat from side to side. The pattern is fully written out with stitch counts as well as a schematic and an easy-to-read chart for the lace repeats.
