A beautiful interplay of delicate cables and ribbing decorates these beautiful socks.

They have been designed in collaboration with Malabrigo Yarn. We created the “Old Rose by Lisa Hannes” colourway especially for this collection and I have also designed the matching Old Rose Wrap and Old Rose Hat pattern.

The socks are worked in fingering weight yarn, cuff-down in the round using the magic-loop method.

The pattern contains fully written as well as charted instructions so you can choose which you prefer to work from.

1 (2, 3) = 17.5 (20, 22.5) cm / 7 (8, 9)“ finished leg circumference, to fit with slight negative ease.
Length of foot and leg are adjustable.

YARN
Designed for fingering weight sock yarn.
Yarn used for sample: Malabrigo Yarn Ultimate Sock (fingering weight, 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon, 100 g = 385 m / 420 yd) in colourway “Old Rose by Lisa Hannes”, which I created in collaboration with Malabrigo Yarn for the Old Rose Collection.

GAUGE & NEEDLES
Gauge: 32 sts x 46 rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4“ in cable-rib pattern after washing and gentle blocking.
Needles: 2.5 mm / US 1.5 needles for knitting in the round with magic-loop method (circular needles at least 80 cm / 32“ long), or size to obtain gauge.

Ein wunderschönes Zusammenspiel aus zarten Zöpfen und einem Rippenmuster zeichnet diese hübschen Socken aus.

Sie wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit Malabrigo Yarn entworfen. Wir haben die Farbe „Old Rose by Lisa Hannes” speziell für diese Kollektion kreiert und ich habe passend dazu auch ein Tuch (Old Rose Wrap) und eine Mütze (Old Rose Hat) entworfen.

Die Socken werden am Bündchen beginnend von oben nach unten mit der Magic-Loop-Methode gestrickt.

Die Strickanleitung enthält eine ausgeschriebene Version sowie auch eine Strickschrift, so dass Du in Deinem bevorzugten Arbeitsstil vorgehen kannst.
