Knitted with worsted yarn, this shawl/shawlette will fly off your needles! I wanted this to be a nice but simple project for shawl beginners.
You will start by casting on 4 stitches (not hundreds!) and by increasing stitches your shawl will get bigger.

You could knit this with any weight you wish to use as gauge is not critical. You can have the gauge you want (as long as you like the fabric with your tension).
This being said, there are no ‘given’ yardage for this project as you can work to create a shawl the size you wish.

Le châle se commence en montant 4 mailles et les augmentations sont ensuite réalisées pour finir avec un grand châle.
