Old School is designed and named for a friend from my spinning group. She tells stories of her former career, including the older technology they used. This is a stitch pattern reminiscent of the old printer paper feeds. The heel is a continuation of the rib for a snug fit.

Finished Size: S (M, L) 7” (8”, 9” around), unstretched

Yarn: Tempting Ewe Ewe So Perfect Sock, 75% Merino/25% Nylon, 463 yards/100g. Sample knit in That’s My Favorite Color.

Needles: Set of 5 double-pointed needles or two circular needles size 2 US (2.75 mm), or size to obtain gauge

Gauge: 8 stitches per inch in stockinette, knit in the round.
