Oleander
Valley Yarns Oleander is a soft and cozy pullover with an engaging construction and thoughtful details. Oleander has an A-line silhouette, dropped shoulders, and a deep v-neck that will easily layer or stand on its own. Valley Superwash ensures that your finished sweater will be warm and comfortable as well as easy care with its smooth and soft machine-washable Merino wool. This stylish pullover is knit flat in one piece from the bottom up to the underarms, where the back and front are completed separately and joined at the shoulders with a three-needle bind-off. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole and worked in the round to the wrist. Double moss stitch trims this sweater beautifully at the hem and cuffs, and repeats again around the neckline and along the center front after stitches are picked up along the edge. A clever variation on the three-needle bind-off gives a clean, visible finish and a nice vertical focal point. Stitch pattern is written out only.
