The Olimpia vest is worked with circular knitting needles bottom up, at first in the round for the body and then in rows for bust part after having divided in half the number of stitches. At first the back is worked, by creating the armhole with decreases, afterward the front, worked the same. The cowl part is worked in the round on the stitches of the back and front part. At the end the armhole borders are worked in the round.

Il gilet Olimipia è lavorato con i ferri circolari dal basso verso l’alto, prima in tondo per la parte del corpo, poi in piano una volta separato il lavoro: prima la parte della schiena (creando il giromanica con delle diminuzioni) e poi il davani, che si sviluppa nello stesso modo . Il collo è lavorato riprendendo le maglie della schiena e del davanti. Infine vengono fatti i bordi dei giromaniche lavorati in tondo.
