This is a crochet PATTERN, not a finished item.

This pattern will teach you how to crochet the bookworm. It’s a great crochet project for beginners or for those who allready know how to crochet and want to pick up amigurumi work.

Pattern is available in English and it is written in US crochet terminology.
Skill level: beginner-intermediate. You need to know how to make a magic adjustable ring, single crochet, slip stitch, increase and decrease.

If you use the same yarn and materials, finished item measures about 30 cm (9 inches) in height.

• Crochet hook size 2,5 mm (US size C/2; UK size 12)
• Schachenmayr Catania (cotton 100%) for body + Alize Cotton Gold (white; acrylic mixed with cotton) for eyes
• Fiberfill stuffing
• Safety eyes: 10mm
• Plastic rings (for eyeglasses) : Ø 5-7cm (2-3inches)
• SuperGlue
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
