Oliver the Squirrel wears a striped romper, a removable acorn cap hat, and a removable scarf. He carries a basket with three acorns. He is knit using worsted weight yarn (14 wpi) and measures approximately 7”/17.5 cm from his feet to the top of his acorn hat.

Techniques used in this pattern include knitting in the round, increasing and decreasing, wrap-and-turn short rows, working with multiple colors, I-cord, and buttonholes.
