Our Olive’s Christmas Stockings are ideal for any mantlepiece: festive felted stockings with little faces, ears and antlers that look like jolly reindeer. They come in two decorative options, Christmas trees or hearts. Both have contrasting colors for the foot and the leg, and are adorned with golden Christmas baubles.

The stocking is worked top-down in stocking stitch. It begins with the cuff knit back and forth in rows, and continues in the round to the toes. The heel is shaped with short rows. Simple stranded colorwork is used for the Christmas-themed designs, while i-cord shaping creates the reindeer ears and antlers - and the loop, of course, to hang your stocking, ready to be filled by Santa on the magic night. To make your stocking even more special, you can personalize it, and embroider initials and year on its back, following our letter and number charts.
