Olivia
This pattern was inspired by the 1923 painting The Fair Isle Jumper by Stanley Cursiter. It is a cloche shaped beanie which fits snugly around the head and is very comfortable and warm to wear.
It is an easy knit although some of the rows call for three colours. Because the colour palette is small the colourwork is quite simple to work.
It can be resized by using a size larger needles than those called for in the pattern.
You will need one skein each of Renaissance Dyeing Organic Poll Dorset in Queribus, Ecru, Midi and Troubadour. Alternatively Renaissance Dyeing has a kit available on their website which includes the pattern.
