DIFFICULTY: Intermediate

NEEDLES: Circular needle 3.00mm plus DPN 3.00mm

YARN: 4 ply yarn 50g balls 3 (3, 4)

This cardigan is worked from the bottom up, in one piece, with the arms worked separately then added at the armholes. The cardigan is then completed in one piece, with an I-cord bind off to create a piping band neckline. The cardigan is fastened with a button and loop, then an I-cord bow is stitched in place over the button loop to create a false bow tie fastening. The cardigan is slightly A-line, with the intention it would be suitable to wear over dresses, in particular our Olivia dress which has the same lace and bow details.
