The slipover is worked from the top down, casting on at the neck. First, the back piece is worked back and forth, then both shoulders are worked separately before they are joined to form a front piece. The bodice is worked in the round in stockinette stitches, and finished with working short rows to extend and round the back of the bodice before a double ribbed edge is worked. Double ribbed edges are worked around the sleeve openings and around the neck.

The sizes are calculated based on a positive ease of approximately 25 cm, which you add to your own chest measurement. The pattern follows body measurements of:
80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) cm.

Example: If your chest measures 93 cm, add 25 cm = 118 cm. This is equivalent to a size M, which will give you a positive ease of 23 cm.

The model in the picture has a bust measurement of 83 cm (23 cm positive ease according to body measurement) and is wearing a size XS with a length of 53 cm measured mid back, and 43 cm measured mid front. Measurements excl. ribbed neck edge. It is knitted in Tinde/ Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk in color no. 2115 and Thin Silk Mohair/Sandnes Yarn in color no. 1022.
