Meet Ollie, a lovable sea otter from North America who adores holidays and specially Valentine’s day! For this occasion she decided to put on her favourite cozy sweater and give little hearts to all her best friends. Will Ollie be your otter half this Valentine’s Day?

The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the beggining of each round (a contrasting piece of yarn should be enough). There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece, and make sure to read the whole pattern before starting. Ollie the Otter measures approximately 20cm (8in), if you use the same yarn and tools indicated below.

Materials

• 3.5mm (size E) crochet hook
• 100% Acrylic Worsted weight yarn in Light Brown, Dark Brown, Beige, Light Red, Dark Pink and 2 colours of your choice for the sweater. I used Pink and Off-White.
• 12mm safety eyes
• Polyester fiberfill stuffing
• Yarn needle
• Scissors
