Olympian Pullover

This was inspired by Rick Roirdan’s books about Percy Jackson, demi-god son of Poseidon. I loved the tweediness of these yarns and thought they’d look good together. This sweater is knit using 2 strands of DK weight yarn together to create a super bulky weight that’s very soft and has a nice hand.
Knit from the top down, this sweater has a loose cowl neck and raglan sleeves. I had jeans and football weather in mind when I designed this one. You could switch out the color ways and really have fun; do mostly blue, or mostly purple and red, or mostly grey or brown, or just 2 (or 1) colors you really liked.
This pattern is pretty basic and because it’s bulky, it knits up fast.
