Olympic
This month’s hat is inspired by Olympic National Park in Washington state. This hat features a simple half-brioche stitch pattern that creates subtle mountain peaks and valleys in the design to represent the beautiful Olympic Mountain range for which the park is named. My parents lived in Sequim, WA on the Olympic peninsula for a short time and I remember visiting and being in awe of the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. So incredible! I hope you enjoy knitting with the scrumptious and squishy Namaste from Vrinda yarn. They were one of my delightful discoveries at Stitches West this year, and I am so thrilled they were able to dye up some gorgeous colors for this design!
