Olympic Gansey
I’m always up for a challenge. I am also always up for creating something. It might be knitting a sweater or making yarn; when I can do both, all the better. I also enjoy watching sporting events, and when I can do all three, it’s a win-win of creativity. During the summer of 2012, I came up with the challenge of all challenges: Could I spin enough yarn for a sweater during the Tour de Fleece, then turn right around and knit it while watching the 2012 London Summer Olympics? Now, that was a challenge! Every time I wear my sweater, I think about that crazy, creative summer and smile.
