Circular lace, similar to Old Shale, based on a knitted lace centerpiece originally knitted by Annie Marie Doenicke Knoll. Pattern is for a fine thread similar in weight to sewing thread. It also includes instructions for using thicker-weight (#30) thread on US4/3.5mm needles.
Uses a crocheted edging.
