From the pattern:
In the movie for The Secret when the speakers talked about practicing gratitude one of the men said he used to carry a rock around with him every day and every time he would place his hand in his pocket and feel this rock it would remind him to be grateful for all the things in his life. I wanted something that worked as a reminder to me to be grateful so I came up with this simple pattern. Now every time I look down at it I will remember to be grateful for something in my life. You can mix up the colors any way you’d like. This cuff will fit most adult wrists.

Materials

4 size 3 (3.25 mm) double pointed needles

1 skein of Knit Picks Comfy Fingering yarn in white (you will only need about 10 yards)

You will need 2 or 2.5 mm seed beads: 36 red, 48 orange, 48 yellow, and 36 pink

Tapestry needle for weaving in ends

1.25 mm crochet hook for placing the beads
