I love using up my scraps, and because I’m so colour oriented I always have great rainbow colours on hand. The Ombré Bear is made using two strands of worsted weight yarn held together so it’s a fun chunky project. I used a 5mm hook, but you could use a bigger hook, whatever you would use with a 5 weight yarn. This is an intermediate project on par with most of my other plushie designs, just on a larger scale. They work up to be 22 inches tall, with a big hugable head.

•5-6mm crochet hook •Worsted weight yarn in 9 colours ( A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) double stranded, and scraps of black yarn
•A tapestry needle
•Stitch marker or scrap yarn •Scissors
