20 sts and 26 rows = 4 in / 10 cm square over lace pattern, measured after light blocking

3.75 mm (US 5) straight or circular needles (for the body)
3.75 mm (US 5) 16 in / 40 cm circular needle or set of double points (dpns) (for neck and armhole finishing)
