This little tote’s multicoloured circles will catch your eye, ​
its join as you go construction will catch your heart! Join eight colourful granny squares, add two sturdy semi-circular handles, and you have a perfect casual bag for the ​summer!

The finished On The Spot Tote measures approximately 26cm wide and 28cm high, and uses eight squares. Size can be increased by adding extra squares - of course, this will require additional yarn.

Written in English using US terminology, the pattern features comprehensive photo tutorials along with links to YouTube video clips to demonstrate stitches and techniques. This pattern is suitable for all experience levels from confident beginners upwards.

You will need:
-approximately 221m/242yds of aran (worsted, #4) weight yarn (I used Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/8)
-a 5mm hook (or size required to achieve gauge)
-tape measure & stitch markers
