“On Your Feet Soldier”
The yarn is what inspired this piece, any Outlander fan will recognise the Fraser Tartan colours from the show.
Taking the colours of the yarn I have then used stitches to create a square design depicting the lines on tartan fabric. The edge of the wrap has shaping that was done to make the edges of the tartan look old and worn.
The wrap uses 1200m of 4ply yarn and creates a piece that measures approx. 58cm x 188cm.
The pattern is knitted row by row with no charts.
Its suitable for a knitter of any ability with basic knitting knowledge.
