This is a dragon tail shaped shawl created alternating stocking stitch sections and lace sections. I was inspired by the beautiful yarns from Officinadelcolorenaturale and I decided to play with different kinds of yarn of the same colour: I used the fresh and smooth merino/silk yarn for stocking stitch sections and the warm and furry mohair yarn for lace sections.

Nella realizzazione di questo scialle a coda di drago mi sono lasciata ispirare dalle splendide matasse di Officinadelcolorenaturale ed ho voluto giocare con due differenti tipologie di filato nella stessa tonalità. Ho utilizzato una combinazione di merino e seta, con la sua freschezza e lucentezza, per le sezioni a maglia rasata ed il caldo e soffice mohair per le sezioni traforate.
