This pattern is inspired by Guipure Filet.
I try to copy with our beloved hook this needle filet style.
Pattern is written, but I also add a schematic.
The difference with a classic filet pattern is that for a single little square we can have multiple choices, not only the 2 standard ones (“||||” and “|°°|”).
I also add graphic for stitches combinationn.
I use this pattern to make a filet throw and to create a table center (using 1.5 mm hook and num. 16 cotton doubled).
I hope you will find this tecnique interesting… I have a lot of big (to make throws) and little (to make doilies) tiles in my mind
