Such a handy thing!! Easy to sling on or take off, over just about anything (although it’s AMAZING right on your skin!).

It’s like a shawl you don’t have to faff with, and a sweater you won’t get too hot in.

And so flattering on every body shape we’ve tested it on (except maybe my 6 ft 2” hubby who would need it longer…).

This sweater / poncho / wrap thing is knit bottom up in the round and starts with a provisional cast on so you can use up all your yummy yarn!

If you don’t mind playing yarn chicken you can start with a regular (stretchy) cast on to avoid the provisional cast on. My fav would be a tubular cast on.

There are instructions for both methods.

This is a one skein – one size pattern. It’s easy enough to make it wider or longer by adding more yarn, casting on more stitches and/or knitting more rows. (Same logic applies for making it smaller).

The pattern was written especially with Cashmere Ombré 2 ply by artyarns in mind. It’s only available with the yarn.
