One By One: A Simple Hat
by Wendy Ellis
I’ve changed the name of this hat to make it a little bit easier to find on Ravelry. I hope it helps and that you’ve found it and it’s what you’re looking for!
This is a great hat. It’s the one I make when someone says they want a ‘regular hat,’ a ‘beanie,’ or a ‘toque.’ Here it is written up for Prairie Spun DK from Brown Sheep Co or Plain Yarn which is worsted/light worsted.
Block by soaking with a good wool wash and then laying flat to dry. Do not stretch over a form.
Warm when worn with the brim folded up, groovy when worn with lots of slouch.
