The hat is worked in three parts, first work the cable than picking up stitches along sides work first the top and than the flap.
size is adaptable by working 4 more rows for the cable and 2 more rows for the top, flap should remain the same.
as the cable is very elastic, it would seam small before the work is finish, but once finished it really fits good a medium head size.
you can easily work the top and the flap with circular needle.
two cable needles and a tapestry needle are requested.
