This hat took one day to design and uses less than one skein of Lorna’s Laces. It features a picot edge and simple cables. It’s a great way to learn about double decreases too.

The free pattern features two versions, a shallower bowl shape (purple hat) and a more conical shape (blue hat).

Pattern with errata load on 11/19/08. Make sure you have the newest version.

Some people wanted an extra repeat or two. I’d do two.
