These sweet little fingerless mitts/ half mittens were designed as a sort of sister-mitt to my Happy Cats Mitts, which had come about during a time of grieving after we lost our darling black cat, Hemingway. While the Happy Cats Mitts feature four smiling cats on each mitt, I couldn’t help but wonder, What if you only had One Happy Cat that stole your heart? Thus, these fingerless mitts were born. Designed in a heavier, aran weight yarn, they provide a little extra warmth and coziness.
