Pattern Notes:
This pattern is for a Tunisian crochet hat inspired by the Lion Brand Yarn Hat Not Hate initiative. It is worked flat. The way the pattern is written, the colorwork will be on the front of the hat and there is no shaping involved. It is a tubular/cat-ear type hat as modeled in the picture. This pattern includes a color chart along with written instructions and plenty of video tutorials linked throughout so don’t worry if you have never tried Tunisian crochet before, I have videos for all stitches/techniques.

Yarn:
Pound of Love in Denim – approximately 200 yards - Color A - Col A
Jeans in Top Stitch – approximately 70 yards - Color B - Col B
Jeans in Faded or Vanna’s Choice in Light Blue – approximately 90 yards - Color C - Col C

Hooks:
5.5 mm Tunisian crochet hook with a 24 or 32 in. cord

Notions:
Yarn needle
Scissors
Measuring tape

Gauge:
Gauge is 18 st. by 14 rows in Tunisian Simple Stitch

Finished Size:
The finished child size fits 20 in. head circumference
The finished teen/adult size fits 22 in. head circumference.
