I designed this to practice knitting in the round on circular needles with some stranding. I chose the words ‘ONE MORE ROW’ as that is often the knitter’s mantra. The first few rounds are stocking stitch and the last few K2, P2 rib. I will put a chart of the lettering on the link but feel free to knit your own words. You just have to fit them into 80 stitches.
