One More Sleep 'til Christmas
For me, Christmas Eve has always been a special day of festivities and cozy comforts. A few years ago I joined others in the knitting community who were casting on a new pair of socks to celebrate this special day, and now it’s one of the things I look forward to most. I wanted to design a special pair of socks that honor this tradition. The One More Sleep ‘til Christmas socks has a subtle texture that reminds me of evergreen garlands or holly leaves and is named for a song in one of my favorite Christmas movies. I hope you enjoy knitting these as much as I have!
This sock is knit in a gradient sock set from Knitcircus Yarns. I used the medium size that has 300 yards total.
One More Sleep ‘til Christmas is designed as a toe-up sock, but is easily converted to top-down.
