This little sweater is knit in one piece, believe it or not!

This sweater takes shape as you knit, by using mitered knitting and picking up stitches.

You will need some long circular needles to allow you to knit comfortably round the corners! 80cm - 100cm.

It is knit from the bottom up and finishes at the cuffs. This means that the sleeve length can be adjusted. There is minimal seaming. The edging is garter stitch. The decreases are very crisp. Sleeves can be knit Flat or in the round.

This pattern is knit in stripes, no need for a row counter.
Do not panic over its weird shape or the large number of stitches, all will be revealed as you knit on.

The clever use of a pair of mitered decreases on the front of this little sweater, allows the knitting to grow in one piece. Simply follow one row at a time. This sweater is knit flat, believe it or not!

Skill needed: a figure eight cast on is used on the sweater.
