If you want to challenge your knitting skills by creating a sweater in an unconventional way, then this comfy weekend pullover is for you. Designed to fit many sizes without any alterations to the pattern, the sweater is knit in two main pieces: the front body/sleeve and the back body/sleeve. The only difference between the two is the curve of the hemline, with the front being shorter than the back.
The unique part of the sweater is that the hemline and the neckline shaping are done with German Short Rows. There are special edge stitches on the entire garment, so the closing of the seams is actually worked from the outside, assuring that the seams become part of the stitch pattern. We are sure you will find this sweater as fun to knit as it is to wear!
