A fun project to collect.

It all started because of Pinterest and boredom. I made this design for fun, so I hope it can bring the fun to you too:)

Introduction
This pouch is worked from bottom to top. Begin by casting on sts using Judy’s Magic Cast On and increase as soon as you cast on. Then continue to work in the round until it reaches the required length. After that, make a “divider” to separate the outside and inside body by purling 1 row and continue to work in the round. Lastly, decrease the body to make it the same with the outside body before casting it off with Kitchener st. Fold the upper part to the inside and then you have the body of the pouch. The drawstring hem is made by picking up the sts in the front and back side separately, finished by fold and sew the edge to the inside. The drawstring cord is made by I-Cord Method, once it done, you can place the cord to the inside of drawstring hem. Finally, the “Nori” is worked by making the rectangle and grafting it to the outside of the body.

I designed this pouch for fun. It cannot fit your phone or wallet, but you can put candy or your knitting notions tin box:)

Yarn
For the rice color_ 3 balls of Farmers Yarn by da-Mira in col. Tan (30/58 m) For the nori color_ 1 ball of Farmers Yarn by da-Mira in col. Smoke (30/58 m). Or approx. 150 m DK weight yarn for “Rice” color and 30 m DK weight yarn for “Nori” color.

4.00 mm circular needles 80 cm long

Notions
Stitch markers, tape measurement, tapestry needle, safety pin, scissors

Gauge
24 sts x 28 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm in stockinette st on 4.00 mm needles
